The Authority is led by Darien DeLorenzo, founder and former CEO/Executive Director of the Mobile Healthcare Association. She is an accomplished executive with over 55 years of experience in healthcare marketing. In the early years, Darien served at leading advertising agencies, specializing in account management for national healthcare related accounts, and business development for major organizations such as American Hospital Association and American Academy of Ophthalmology.

In 2007, Darien collaborated with The Family Van (Boston, MA) and Harvard Medical School in creating and launching the Mobile Health Map, an online portal for mapping mobile health clinics nationwide and calculating service values that demonstrate mobile program impact, aid in defining goals and how-to deliver successful community services. After retiring from the Association, Darien established The Authority to assist healthcare providers in understanding the perimeters and options for acquiring a mobile clinic. Currently, Darien is leading The Authority engagement with the Driving Health Forward campaign designed to advocate and grow the mobile healthcare sector.

Darien has served on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Free & Charitable Clinics. She served on Chapter, the governing body of St. Paul's Episcopal Cathedral in San Diego, where she served as the Dean's Senior Warden and continues to steward numerous community outreach ministries.

Quinn brings an extensive background in sales strategy, client relations, and technology to The Authority. He oversees client services coordinating with healthcare providers nationwide to discern their program requirements and identify mobile clinic acquisition solutions that align with clinical, operational, and budgetary goals. Quinn collaborates with community health centers, specialty medical and dental practices, universities, public-health departments, and non-profit organizations. He shares a comprehensive knowledge of mobile specialty clinic operations to guide organizations as they launch or expand their mobile health programs. Quinn continues to advance The Authority's digital initiatives, communications, and partnerships that strengthen our company’s outreach, awareness, and contributions to the mobile healthcare sector.

Quinn’s attendance at Fishburne Military School and Emmanuel College defined his approach to leadership and community engagement. His commitment to service includes participating in prevention efforts prior to Hurricane Florence, organizing American Red Cross blood drives, volunteering at Special Olympics, and working with local Kiwanis Clubs. Quinn is a lifelong musician who plays both guitar and ukulele with family and friends.
