Supporting Mobile Health Clinics & Community Healthcare Providers

MCS Program Administrative Services

NEEDS ASSESSMENT
Our experienced staff of telecommunications, IT and marketing colleagues will assist you, the primary Health Care Provider (HCP), in identifying connectivity issues and solutions onboard your mobile health clinic (medical and dental) and onsite at mobile clinic service locations.

FUND SOURCING
We will assist you in filing applications for USAC funding support and grant writing to cover: the cost for broadband circuits and Internet access at locations served by your mobile health clinic and related community health workers; and, the cost for on board telecommunications equipment. Our goal is to secure a 100% funding level for your organization. The MCS Connectivity Funding Program is available to HCP clients to augment USAC funding support.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
► To save you time and allow staff to focus on providing care ~ MCS will:
  • Act as liaison with service location property owners and telecommunication carriers
  • Oversee installation of broadband and Internet equipment at each service location
  • Verify that your staff has access to secure, reliable, high-speed circuits

BROADBAND ACCESS MANAGEMENT
► Authenticate and monitor broadband access at each location by the primary HCP and other healthcare organizations (as approved by the primary HCP)
► Create a user database of organizations and their representatives authenticated for broadband access at each service location
► Coordinate administrative fees applied for other healthcare organizations to utilize the primary HCP’s broadband network

OUR GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
► MCS provides guidance to HCPs in identifying mobile service locations eligible for broadband funding support from USAC.

► MCS offers administrative support to improve connectivity and allow your organization to:
  • Expand community outreach and increase patient access to care
  • Build alliances with community healthcare colleagues by sharing broadband access
